Rooties T.O.S

OK, so I decided to make this T.O.S so I could FINALLY be able to sell my rooties, and so people won't go batshit crazy with them. sO HERE WE GO:

1. I only take Points right now, due to hearing of lots of scamming going on, etc. etc, it's not that I don't have Paypal, it's just that I personally don't want my Paypal account getting fucked up because some asshole thought it would be funny to steal someone's hard earned cash.

2. You account has to be at least a week old, and have activity on it to buy anything from me. I will allow transfer accounts to pay if their old account is more than one week old and have activity on it, but you must show proof that the old account is yours. (Links don't count as proof)

3. When you get your rootie, you agree to these terms:
-You will NOT sell the rootie for more than you paid for
-You will NOT create your own rooties, unless I specifically say that you have the rights to make them, in limited quantities or not.
-You will NOT claim that you made the design, or the species is yours. The only circumstance where you can say you designed it, is if it's an MYO. (You don't need to say who designed it in the description, but you do need to credit me for the species.)
-You will NOT change the design OR species w/out my personal consent.

4. Here are the liberties you have when you get your rootie.
-You ARE allowed to use it in drawings, icons, etc. Just make sure to credit me properly.
-You ARE allowed to use it in NSFW, but make sure if you're sending it to the group, or just making it in general, that you use the "Mature Content" filter.
-You ARE allowed to slightly edit the design you get in auctions, raffles, etc., just please let me see the redesign first.
-If I, or any other admins/members of the group catch you doing something that requires me to take your rooties permissions away, and the design in general, then I AM allowed to do that. 5/18/19 EDIT: I can't take your design away, you just can't use it to participate in the group, or call it a rootie.
5. Consideration stuff basically
-If you lose an auction, flatsale, etc. You are NOT allowed to harass the winner. If I find out you're doing this, I will give you a warning first, ban you for a short time from participating in auctions, flatsales, etc. ban you for an even longer time after that, and then completely ban you from the group and other rootie-related things.
-Do NOT try to sell, or use other's rooties without their expressed consent.
-Please, don't make your own rootie, as they are my original species, unless you have an MYO slot. Still, you can't claim the species as yours.

6. Extra stuff I forgot
-You ARE allowed to make your own Rootie if there's a MYO event going on, as long as you're not banned from events, just please credit me for the species in the desc.
-When making a Rootie using a MYO, etc, please DO NOT use the design of a copyrighted character for your MYO. I seriously don't want to have to battle copyright issues for people because of this.
